By creating an account with On3, you consent to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. With a registered account, On3 uses your email to provide you with news, updates, and promotions.
To use any of the paid subscription services offered at On3, you must provide us with a valid and accepted method of payment.
How your credit card information is handled by On3.
We take the security and privacy of our customers’ payment information very seriously. We do not store credit cards at all on our system. We rely on a banking/financial software to store credit card information and simply use a token to reference the card, but never have the complete number in our system.
Your subscription will continue to automatically renew until you cancel.
If you do not cancel before the next renewal period, you will be charged for the next billing cycle. There are no refunds for partially used months. As a subscriber, it is your responsibility to keep your credit card payment updated. When you become a paid subscriber, you are giving us the authorization to continue billing your payment method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This includes if your credit card has expired.
If your card cannot be charged for your upcoming term, you will be notified via email with steps for updating your card information. Please be sure that your account has your current email address so that you do not miss important messages about your account.
