Need to update your credit card information? Please login and head to your settings page.
Click on the third tab titled "Payment methods." As pictured below, to the right off the screen, there should be a green button titled "Add payment method." There, you can add the updated credit card information.
That will prompt you to enter your updated card information as shown on the screen below. Be sure to select the correct country under "Billing Address."
From there, you can manage your payment methods by deleting old cards and ensuring the right one is "set to default" as shown below.
Please note, this option is only available when your membership account is active. If you already canceled your account you will not be able to update your card. Instead, please head to https://www.on3.com/login/?returnto=/join/ . Log in and and you will see a place to subscribe again.
