What is the Rivals Scouting evaluation?
It's a professional talent evaluation of the athlete, done by a Rivals regional analyst. It results in a written scouting report using the same evaluation framework Rivals has used since 2001.
Who does the evaluation?
A Rivals regional analyst - part of the same network of recruiting reporters and scouts who cover the athlete's area for Rivals.
How do I get my profile evaluated?
The evaluation is a subscription add-on, and it can also be purchased separately. Once you've claimed your profile, you can buy the evaluation whenever you're ready.
Does everyone who purchases the evaluation guaranteed to get evaluated?
Yes, purchasing the evaluation add-on guarantees the athlete will receive an evaluation. However, it does not guarantee a star ranking. There's a difference between the standard Rivals star ranking and a rating that comes from a paid evaluation.
How long does it take to get evaluated after I purchase the add-on?
Each evaluation and athlete analysis is unique. For an example, coaching references vary on providing feedback. On average, it takes two weeks for a scouting report to be complete.
Can I request a re-evaluation if I disagree with my rating or if my film/stats have improved?
We do not offer re-evaluations.
