My Team not appearing in followed teams list:
Add the team to your followed teams:
- Open up the settings menu in the top right corner of the screen
- Tap
Add teams - Tap
Add Morein the top right corner - Scroll to find your team, it will have the
MY TEAMbadge displayed next to it - Tap the team, then tap
I'm Doneat the bottom
After completing these steps, you will be returned to the settings menu & the team will appear as a followed team.
Issues with notifications:
Enable notifications for a specific team:
iOS Example
- Open up the settings menu in the top right corner of the screen
- Select the team you want to receive notifications for from your followed teams list
- Turn on the
Enable notificationstoggle
If you have notifications disabled at the system level, a prompt to enable them will appear. System level notifications must be enabled to receive any notifications from the On3 app.
Enable notifications at the system level iOS:
- Open the settings app on your device
- Tap
Notificationson the first screen - Select On3 from the list of apps
- Enable
Allow Notifications - After allowing notifications, you must also enable the specific types of notifications you wish to receive.

Allow Notifications - To find the On3 app on the
App notificationsscreen, you may need to select the dropdown and selectAll apps - Find the On3 app in the list of apps, and enable the switch next to it
- After allowing notifications, you must also enable the specific types of notifications you wish to receive. Tap the On3 app next to the switch you've just enabled & you will be able to enable specific notification settings.
